They say to write about what you love… Well, my dog is who I loved the most. She taught me about unconditional love and selflessness.
Despite being much smaller than her siblings, she possessed a mighty, silent strength and intelligence. I truly believe she had an inherent ability to understand when I needed her the most. She wasn’t just any dog, but that special kind of dog with whom you shared a unique bond and she taught me real responsibility. The kind of dog you’d rather be with than out with your friends – your sidekick, confidant, and snuggle buddy. When you just wanted to relax after a long day at work. She was such a good dog and her happy place was being with me.
The only other person she would run to was my significant other; he grew to love her just as much as I had. She was forever faithful and sweet. The depth of love I had for her was unconditional, and my admiration was never-ending. She was truly a blessing and a special companion. Who brought me so much joy, while teaching me valuable lessons. It’s clear that she was much more than just a pet to me, but a loyal friend and a source of comfort. The incredible memories of our time together will forever be etched into my mind. 🐕
